update...

Finally i have time to sit and write about our two monkeys. I can't believe we have a three year old and a one year old! It's crazy how fast this past year went. Carter weighs 26 pounds and is in the 60th percentile for height and Emerson weighs 29 pounds and is exactly three feet tall. (I know...they are basically the same size!) Carter is very active and climbs on anything he can. he is starting to talk a lot, but emerson usually speaks for him. he is walking now...and falling a lot, but very pleased with himself that he is up on his feet. he loves to be outside and playing at the park, watching the two of them at the park can be a challenge if i'm by myself because they are usually going in different directions. emerson is starting to become very independent and have an opinion about everything. It's funny to hear some of the things she comes up with. She is still loving school, gymnastics, singing class, and playing with her friends. She is a very sweet little girl and often tells us, "i love you...i'm gonna keep you forever." Melts our hearts! And then we have the days where she spend most of her time in time-out because her 'listening ears' are broken.
Nick and I are in the process of deciding where we want to live when he is done with is residency. He's got a year left and then he will join a private practice. it's been very hard for us to make a decision because there are so many great places to live. My guess is that we will stay in ohio or move back to colorado...time will only tell. We are glad spring is here and we can be outside again. We have a very busy April and May with lots of traveling so hopefully I can at least get pictures of our travels posted.
